Peter Upfold is a technology enthusiast interested in Linux, Mac OS X, web development, Web 2.0, blogging, podcasting, in fact, just about anything tech. Peter is an avid web developer specialising in PHP and MySQL and is currently working hard at a few projects, including several open source projects.
Peter lives in North Hampshire in the south of England and is an alternative platform advocate, running a Kubuntu desktop, a CentOS server and also owning a 13″ white MacBook running Mac OS X. While being passionate about open source, Peter is known to be on the pragmatic side of the free software purism divide.

Jacob Peddicord is a web developer and programmer who loves to work on random projects. He runs Ubuntu Linux, and is an Ubuntu Member. In addition to programming, he likes to play video games, blog, and rant about things on the Internet.
Jacob lives in Ohio in the middle of nowhere with only wireless DSL keeping his laptop alive. He has a messy desk cluttered with all sorts of programming books. He loves to use completely unstable software (though you shouldn’t).

Chris Van Patten is many things, including a filmmaker, lover of technology, blogger, website designer, writer, and musician. He blogs about new media at YouMakeMedia, and he’s the founder of Vaveo, a platform for sharing events.

Huw Leslie
Huw Leslie has been blogging about technology since January 2006, galvanised into action by the gadget fever surrounding CES, and a tech enthusiast for much longer. Huw used to edit GizBuzz, another Oratos Media blog, and is now a UK Editor at blognation, a global network of blogs covering web 2.0. He has a violent objection to the whole principle of root in Linux, much to the annoyance of Peter.
