
If you read my post about getting Firefox 2.0 yourself on Linux, then awesome! However, I thought with something like this that it might be worth doing a screencast so it’s even more clear what exactly you have to do.
So, here it is - the first ever FOSSwire screencast. Enjoy!
You’ll need Flash Player 5 or above (install Flash 9 on Linux) and a connection that can download a 14 MB file in reasonable time!

A couple of notes:
- Unfortunately I experienced some audio sync issues that you might notice. Sorry about this - it shouldn’t happen in future screencasts.
- I appreciate the file size is quite astronomical, I’m working on trying to sort some better compression for next time.
- I’m also working on an alternative download format as well, which should be even more compatible with FOSS!
